1 Working principle
The upper half of the machine is a tableting chamber, which is composed of an organic whole composed of four parts: upper punch, middle die, lower punch and turntable. 37 dies are evenly arranged around the turntable.The end of the upper and lower punches are embedded on a fixed curved rail.The upper and lower punches follow the curved guide rail to move up and down to achieve the purpose of tabletting.
The main process of tabletting is: filling, press,discharge, etc. Three processes are carried out continuously
The machine is double pressure type.Each turn of the turntable can complete the second working cycle,So it improves the working efficiency of the equipment.That is, under the same speed conditions, the capacity is twice that of the single-pressure type.
